How to clear your cache

1. Open a Chrome browser.

2. On the Macbook, Cmd+Y. On a Windows device, use Ctrl+H:

3. Click "clear browsing data"

4. Make sure "All time" is selected and click clear data

5. Close out of Chrome completely, and open a new browser.
